How do I get on the buyer list?
Register through the form with your categories, typical case volumes and the markets you sell into. Matching offers start the same week, direct to your inbox. No portal, no fees, no commitment to buy.
Is there a minimum order?
Generally one pallet per line. Mixed pallets exist for smaller operations, and full-trailer pricing is keenest. Tell us your ceiling and we won't fill your inbox with loads beyond it.
What paperwork comes with the stock?
A full manifest with date codes, batch-level traceability, allergen data where relevant, and pack format line by line. If a line is best-before-passed, that's stated up front with the original BBE on the manifest.
How is delivery handled?
Tracked haulage to your dock across the UK, Ireland and 16 European markets, typically dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation. Export customs documents are prepared by our logistics partners.
How do I pay?
Pro-forma invoice and bank transfer for new accounts, with goods moving on cleared funds. Payment terms can follow once a trading history builds.
Can I get first look at certain categories?
Yes. The list is split by category and market, so a confectionery exporter never sees cleaning chemicals. The tighter the categories you register, the earlier matching stock reaches you.
