Why refer
01
Paid on close
Deal closes, fee lands. Paid the day we collect from the seller, with transparent terms agreed up front, no clawbacks.
02
No limits
Refer as many finds as you spot. Food, drink, FMCG, ingredients, DIY, construction materials. If it's surplus, it earns.
03
No conflict
You pass the information, we handle the deal. Your relationship with the seller stays theirs, and we keep you out of the price negotiation.
The steps we follow
to work with you.
Fast, simple, and rewarding. Three steps from a tip-off to a fee in your account, with the offer agreed up front and the money paid the day the stock leaves the seller's dock.
Tell us what you've spotted.
Spotted surplus or excess stock? Share what you know via the form below or by email. A line or two is enough to get us started.
We make an offer (fee included).
We review the opportunity and come back with an offer, your finder's fee already built in. You pass the offer to the inventory owner; we take it from there.
Offer accepted, fee paid.
Seller accepts, we finalise the deal, collect the stock, and pay your finder's fee. No chasing invoices, no 30-day terms, no faff.
A clean way to earn
on surplus you spot.
Most finder-fee schemes hide the maths and drag the payout. Ours is built the other way round: fee agreed up front, no exclusivity, paid the day we collect.
Transparent fees, no surprises
Your fee is agreed before the offer goes out, and it's baked into the price the seller sees. No renegotiation, no after-the-fact shaving, nothing hidden in the sums.
No exclusivity, no small print
Refer stock as and when you see it. No contracts, no lock-ins, no 'exclusive broker of record' clauses. Send one find, send fifty, we treat each on its own merit.
Fast, clean payouts
Fee lands the day the stock leaves the seller's dock. Paid by bank transfer, clean accounting paperwork, nothing to invoice back-and-forth over.
Tell us about
the surplus stock.
Or email us directly at [email protected]. A line or two is enough to get us started, and we aim to come back within 24 hours.
Four details turn a tip
into a fee.
You don't need a spreadsheet to refer stock. But the closer a tip gets to these four details, the faster we can price it, and the faster your fee is agreed.
Category and rough volume
"Roughly 20 pallets of soft drinks" beats "a load of stock". Category plus ballpark quantity is enough for the desk to gauge buyer demand the same day.
Date codes, even approximate
Whether the load is in date, short-dated or best-before-passed changes the price and the channel. A photo of a case end usually answers it.
Location and access
Where the stock sits and whether a lorry can reach it. Collection cost is part of every offer, so the postcode sharpens the number.
Who owns the decision
The name of the person who can say yes. We never go around you: you pass the offer over, the relationship stays yours, and the fee stays attached to the deal.
What people
are saying.
Names kept concise for commercial confidentiality. We'll happily introduce you to a reference in your category on request. Ask at the bottom of the form.
We had a surplus of hand sanitiser that had expired and was costing us in storage every month. Disposal wasn't viable. Refresh took the lot, paid on collection, and the problem was gone by Friday.
Julie Rothery
UK cleaning products distributor
With a trailer of energy drinks best-before-passed and stuck in the Netherlands, we were staring down a loss. Refresh came back with a purchase proposal inside a day and the stock has moved. Fantastic.

The small print,
out loud.
Fees, timing, confidentiality and what happens after you hit send. If a question isn't covered, ask it in the referral form's notes field.
How is the finder's fee calculated?
It's agreed per deal before any offer goes out, scaled to the size and margin of the load, and baked into the price the seller sees. You know your number before anyone else does.
When do I get paid?
The day we collect the stock from the seller. Fee lands by bank transfer with clean paperwork; no invoicing back and forth, no 30-day terms.
Do I have to negotiate or handle the deal?
No. You pass the information and introduce the offer; the desk handles valuation, paperwork, logistics and payment. You stay out of the price conversation entirely.
What if I'm not sure the stock qualifies?
Send it anyway. Food, drink, FMCG, ingredients, DIY and mixed loads all earn; if we can't move it, we'll tell you quickly and explain why, so your next tip is sharper.
Can I refer more than one find?
As many as you spot. There's no exclusivity, no contract and no cap; each referral is treated and paid on its own merit.
Is my involvement kept confidential?
If you want it to be. Some finders are open introducers, others prefer to stay invisible to the seller. Either works; tell us which when you submit the lead.
